You can't start a revolution if you're comfortable where you are

You can only start a revolution with people who love so hard, that they want the same kind of love for the entire planet.

You can only start a revolution with people who have seen how simple life can be and how this simplicity is at the core of every little thing in this world.

You can only start a revolution with people who can no longer pretend they don't see the homeless in the street or the hungry children.

You can only start a revolution with people who begin to see, hear and understand that which they haven't seen or heard or understood until now.

You can only start a revolution with people who no longer want half lives and half happiness, who no longer accept to perform to keep others happy.

You can only start a revolution of awareness with people who can no longer deny and disown themselves for the sake to be included in a society that values men who aren't fully alive.

You can only start a revolution with people who have nothing to lose anymore.

You can only start a revolution with people who are done being cynical and umvailable and decide to be brave enough to be loving and tender.

You can only start a revolution with people who take the badness of the world as a part of that which is humane in it and love it just as it is.

But you can't start a revolution if you're happy in the state that the world is right now. You can't start a revolution if you feeling safe is enough for you. You cannot start a revolution with people who are not hurt by the hurt of their fellows. You can only start a revolution of love and healing when reality turns unbearable and the painful truth becomes unavoidable.
