YOUR PAIN HAS A STORY. BECOME THE STORYTELLER
When we go through a painful situation, there is most likely a story we are telling ourselves about why this is the way it is. And this story sounds something like “I 'm a failure, nothing ever works for me’, `Nobody loves me` etc.
I am here to tell you today that your painful story now doesn't have to be your fate.
You are the storyteller of your own life. And the storyteller has all the power to CHANGE the story at any given time.
Working with me you CAN learn how to alchemize these stories and the unprocessed emotions that they elicit into catalysts that will guide you towards your authentic self.
Client Testimonials
Karissa's Story
Karissa felt she didn't deserve even the most basic needs met. She abandoned herself. She felt bad for experiencing negative emotions & had repressed her inner fire. Karissa's transformation is an example of what's possible for each one of us! If at first she couldn't find any good thing to say about herself, now she lets herself feel proud for & celebrate any win she has. Karissa has come so long & although she is still working on embodying her true self, I am so amazed at how far she's come. She is embracing more and more her disowned inner passion that is at the core of her true self. This really is just the beginning for Karissa. She's opening more & more to the what's possible for her. Everything I am teaching her she is applying to her life at her own pace and it’s working. Real and deep transformation happens one baby step at a time.
Nyla's Story
When Nyla reached out and we started working together, she was hurting badly. She has been gaslighted almost all her life and couldn't trust her own senses, feelings to know what to right and wrong for her.
She just came out of a cult that and on top of that, at the time she has been in an abusive relationship for 14 years. With patience, compassion and acceptance, she allowed me to guide her back to her true self through inner child work, shadow alchemy and emotional integration.
Tamana's Story
Me and Tamanna have been working together since around August as she was having difficulties understanding why the things she was doing weren't bringing her joy. She felt stuck, unmotivated, she was pushing herself and bulldozing herself.
Slowly and surely we discovered how the truth about her was that what was expected of her to do in her career was not her purpose, even though she so desperately wanted it to be for the sake of approval and validation from her parents. It's not an easy pill to swallow, knowing that you have to go against your family to be fully authentic. But is a life away from disapproval also a happy and fulfilling life? In cases like Tamanna's, definitely not. I'm very proud of her journey. She's stepping into her power everyday more and more, even though it's so scary to feel alone when you do it. But she's not alone. She has me and I'm proud to be guiding her into her journey of self discovery. And there's nothing about her that's not lovable and worthy of appreciation.
