How the emotional pain becomes physical pain

Many of us like to think that treating diseases (any type of diseases) is about making the symptoms go away. To many us, the absence of physical discomfort is a confirmation and a sign that that disease what we treated the symptoms of went away.

But in the Western world, it's frowned upon and dismissed to affirm the contrary. You're seen as a lunatic.

However I dare to firmly believe that the root causes of diseases start growing somewhere in our childhood, when the child that we were knew emotional pain for the first time. And the more emotional pain a child endured, the more separated the child got from their truth and from their wholeness.

The emotional pain created a rift in the consciousness of the child, and in order to survive and belong in the family and society the child was in, they had to cast away the traits that were deemed as unacceptable and undesirable by their environment in their unconscious, as shadows and keeping only the things about them that were praised. And so these shadows, the more repressed they are and the deeper they are repressed, the more likely it is for the body to take over and transform them into diseases. When your unconscious is filled to the brim and topples over with unprocessed emotional pain, that's the body's cue that it must take over and transmute it into a dis-ease. Why? So that you finally stop avoiding it, as physical pain is harder to ignore than an emotional pain. But what do we do? We numb the physical pain, believing it's done for.

We need to start taking a look at why the disease is there, what is it trying to communicate to you. Interoceptive awareness, which is in layman's terms, the attunement to your body, is highly needed in order to translate your body's language when it's trying to talk to you through various diseases.

If you want to live authentically and be whole, you must rekindle the connection with your body. The attunement to your body is nothing more than the attunement to your truth, to your unconscious & subconsious, to your soul.
